Mrs. Micikas

i loved listening to Mrs Micikas, i almost cried when she said that well two things i guess, when her dad finally said he was proud of her, and when she said that the only thing she ever wanted to be was a dancer :( and she never got to. I liked hearing about how she found herself and her medium in her faith. it was just really interesting. i enjoyed it alot and if i ever have problems i can always talk to her.

the Voysey inhertitance

I liked being there and had fun but the play by itself just didn't really keep me interested. I was more focused on what one person and trying to figure out what was going on then completely missed the next line, so i always found myself behind. and it didn't help that there was a third grader behind me snoring. Also the ridiculous old lady that was laughing about the worst things possible, things that werent even funny. But back to the play... I would have liked to know a little more about the play going into it. It might have helped me just get the main point of the story, although it was pretty confusing for me i enjoyed watching it and the acting was fantastic. I think the play is relative to our society today because of all the lies and schemes.

Homecoming

I think that we dont have as much fun with homecoming week as the earlier years. The kids at are school think its not cool to be losers and have fun for one fricken week out of the year. kellie and anna and Mieke work really hard to give a good homecoming and i think that we take it for granted. Im not a huge fan of the dance but thats just me. its just really boring at our school i guess i dont no.

movie review

I recently saw 17 Again, i loved the movie but i think it focuses a lot on materialism, because when character Mike O'Donnell turns 17 again he doesn't fit in with his 80s style until his rich best friend buys him all these new clothes and a brand new car. now he is one of the most popular guys in school. but it also shows individualism becasue while seeking to find a better life for his kids who he finds out are having some problems at school; he finds himself but doesnt need any help for God who he needs to turn to.

lunch outting

When we first got to Jerusalem's i could smell the meat and like the spices and stuff and it smelled amazing. I had a really cool conversation with Jonny about the navy and what we kinda planned for our future, and found out that we both wanted to go into the navy. so i thought that was cool. Marcus and i had fun trying to figure out what to eat and ended up getting lamb i think it was haha but i kinda liked it Marcus didnt really. HE ATE ALL OF OUR FRIES!!!!!

usain bolt

I recently learned about usain bolt from Ryan, supposibly Mr Bolt is accused of being rubbed down with a "steroid" substance. im not sure exactly what it is yet but he is pretty much beating the top runners by a second, thats a lot in runner time. If he was being questioned why couldnt they test the substance? therefore proving if he should be stripped of his medals for exposing himself to steroid abuse.

Song Analysis

Better Together by Jack Johnson is the song i choose because it holds alot of value with my best friend and I. Two years ago she moved to Kentucky and it is the last song that we listened to before she moved. So i still listen to it alot because everytime i do it reminds me of her :(
